Borrowing Books Via Protocol

According to the protocol signed among the libraries of Atılım Univeristy, Bİlkent University and Middle East Technical University, the full time academic staff can borrow books from the libraries mentioned above.

The Responsiblities of The Users

♦ Please obtain the protocol from the circulation desk or print out the forms that we

   prepared for Bilkent and METU and fill them in by hand and then have them approved at the

   circulation desk.

♦ Show your Atılım University ID card to get the protocol forms.

♦ You may borrow 5 books for a 30 day period with the protocol form.

♦ You cannot borrow magazines, source books, rare publications, short-term borrowable  books or audia-visual aids.

♦ The protocol form should be delivered to the library to be used in a maximum of 10 days  after being obtained from the library of Atılım University.

♦ The protocol form is regularly updated three times a year – March 1, July 1 and October 1.

♦ The users should return the borrowed material themselves.

♦  Failure to follow these rules the users will be liable to a penalty.
